My package arrived damaged/defective, what can you do for me?

If you have placed an order on our site, and it arrived damaged please email us at shalenzfashion@gmail.com immediately so that we can fix the issue. We will replace the damaged item and ask that you return the damaged item along with the proof of purchase, we will cover the shipping! 

I didn't receive any shipping notification for my package once ordered

No problem at all, Please be advised due to COVID we have increased our processing times and our shipping times. No shipping platform is 100% guaranteed, but we try our best. If it has been past the recommended 6-10 days from processing time and you still haven't received a shipping notification please email Shalenzfashion@gmail.com immediately so that we can look into this. 

An item I want is still out of stock, will it restock?

If there is an item that you have been eyeballing and we still don't have your size fill out the contact page and tell us what you would like to see sis, and we will try our best to restock that item if available. 

I would like to be a ShaLenz brand ambassador, how do I sign up?

Certainly, we are always looking for ambassadors and those eager to wear our brand! Just send us an email with a photo of yourself, and your interest to Shalenzfashion@gmail.com and someone from our team will follow up with next steps.
